<td>&#8220;Der <strong>Textteil</strong> folgt nach den Ausführungen zu Entstehung und Systematik des bilateralen Rechts im Aufbau den Wirtschaftsfreiheiten (freier Warenverkehr, Personenfreizügigkeit, freier Dienstleistungsverkehr) sowie dem Wettbewerb und ordnet die einzelnen Abkommen darin ein. Die Darstellung wird durch ausgewählte Beispielfälle aus der Rechtsprechung ergänzt. Verweisungen auf die einschlägigen Tafeln im anderen Teil des Werks setzen die oft stichwortartig gefassten Tafeln zum besseren Verständnis in den richtigen Kontext.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Der <strong>Tafelteil</strong> enthält 70 schematische Darstellungen, welche in Anlehnung an die Arbeiten des EUR-Charts-Projektes (www.eur-charts.eu) erarbeitet worden sind. Die Tafeln gehen vom Gedanken der Visualisierung aus, die heute mit Bezug auf das Recht einen eigenen Fachbereich darstellt (Visuelles Recht oder, weiter gefasst, Multisensory Law).
